I’m Odette de Beer, a CX strategist, leadership and customer experience consultant, and coach based in Australia, working nationally and internationally.

For over 26 years, I’ve helped organisations and leaders simplify complexity, strengthen trust, and build growth that lasts. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, humanity, and execution, translating frameworks into practical, human-centred action.
